Description
This pretty hanging test tube vase is made using timber offcuts from my spoon making process. They vary in shape, colour and grain based on what is available at the time. Test tubes are 12cm long and 1.5cm diameter, the perfect size for a fresh bloom from your garden or any lovely dried foliage you pick! Generally the timber holder is around 4-5cm in width and depth, and can be reversed based on your whim :)

Nerdy stuff: the test tubes are premium scientific use glass with borosilicate. This means they are very robust! These are also made with a super strong neodymium disc magnet embedded in the timber, and come with a separate backing plate and super robust Scotch double sided mounting tape for mounting on a wall or surface that isn't magnetic metal. Joy!

Care for your magnetic test tube (timber part): Wipe with warm damp cloth when needed to remove dust. Never place in the dishwasher. Dishwasher = sadness :( From time to time you can re-sand with a light grade sandpaper (for example 320 grit), and re-oil using a food safe and non-oxidising oil (for example food grade mineral oil, grapeseed oil, coconut oil, or my spoon butter!).
