This piece is wondrous to me! I actually painted it in browns and greys. I hadn't sealed it and left it in the sun by accident and the browns turned a little orange and the greys lightened a little and it was like another world appeared! I couldn't help, then, but draw in the toadstools and the other fungi that seemed to just belong in this magic scene.
